[F3A-Discussion] Draft P13/15 schedules

I disagree with Jim, the opposite spin combinations are great tests of pilot
skill and plane setup. No reason they shouldn't be in there just because
they're difficult.

I don't like how P-15 seems to be easier than P-13 though. If anything the
schedules should be pushing the pilots and planes as we go along. In P-15 I
would suggest making #5 3/4 snap down instead of roll. Also turning the
avalanche at the end into 1 1/2 snaps instead of 1 and making the rolling
elements in #11 (reverse cuban) more difficult, like a 4 of 8 or something.
Speaking of which, what happened to eight point elements?! All the rolls
are 1/4 and 1/2. One of the most difficult and beautiful maneuvers is a
simple 8 point across the box yet there is only one maneuver in each
sequence that uses some sort of element that's not 1/4 or 1/2. I do like
the 3/6 opposite directions in P-15 though, I think it would be easy enough
to judge simply because your taking 180 and splitting into thirds. Each
rolling element has to be the same duration/arc length.

Also, what the heck is a "Top Hat Inverted Spin with 2 1/2 Turns"?

In any case, thanks for your hard work Derek. Good to know we have some
input!
