[F3A-Discussion] 2014 F3 Rules

Hey everyone,

 

The 2014 F3 rules have been published and are on the CIAM website.
http://www.fai.org/ciam-documents - changes to the rules are highlighted
with vertical black lines on the right hand side.  Changes include the noise
test, definition of an attempt, clearly/better defining some scoring
criteria, judging clarifications with regard to WC/Continental Champs,
timing of flights, new P17/F17 schedules and their associated maneuver
descriptions, definitions of certain maneuver types, positioning,
modifications of total K factor for unknowns, some F3M changes, F3P
schedules for P/F15 and their descriptions, and some F3S changes.
