[F3A-Discussion] Rule proposals

This going to require a very large investment going from 10 to 12 cell pack! I know a number of fliers that are dialing back power with the new higher rated/lower weight batteries that have been recently introduced!Couple that with larger airframes being introduced at lower weight than their smaller previous counter parts! Should this pass it will affect every aspect of "electric" powered flight not just pattern! Except for a very small group of perennial FAI Finals flyers I see no reason to go from 10 cell to 12 cell unless I am missing something. It is this kind of rule change that is going to have a negative effect on an already "declining" aspect of model aviation!

Hi everyone,
I've created 5 rule proposals that I will be submitting to CIAM to be considered for our next rules cycle.
1.  Rule clarification on rolls in the same direction2.  Modify electric to use 12 cells instead of 103.  Change the number of judges from 20 to 164.  Allow a junior WC to fly in the next WC as a defending WC provided they are still a junior5.  Clarify the definition of a pilot/caller as a team

Let me know your thoughts ASAP so that I can get these submitted.  BTW, if you'd like to see other rule changes, let me know and I can work on getting it submitted, if it makes sense.
