[F3A-Discussion] Fwd: [ciam-f3a] Non Subcommitee proposals

Hey All,

I’d appreciate some feedback on the proposed additional unknown maneuvers suggested below. My personal inclination is against them, primarily due to their poor judge-ability.   

Timing is also questionable as these would be very long turnaround maneuvers on top of required long center maneuvers.
