Although it seems highly unlikely with a pressurized fuel system, I've seen a 
couple of examples of similar performance with unpressurized systems that 
turned out to be fuel foaming. Seems that when held on the ground things were 
damped enough to prevent the foaming, but in the air the system was free to 
resonate. Just maybe a solid mounted engine on a profile fuse can foam even a 
pressurized system.
