Proposed Masters schedule

Hey Lance.  Don't have the official description in front of me but believe 
this is right.

1/4 roll to knife edge, hold briefly, roll the opposite direction 180 
degrees to knife edge again, hold briefly the same distance, then roll back 
1/4 roll  to right side up.
