The legend has it that way back, Jim Martin won a bet at the Nats that
he couldn't take off, pull the gear up, put the gear down and land in
the hotel hallway. He won that bet, but Banshees had a short little 62"
wingspan.

I seem to recall running up a YS61 Long Stroke in the Embassy Suites
hotel 
room at 3am during the 95 Nats in Lawrenceville...(we'd just replaced a 
piston and sleeve).  If you think they're loud outside...You have no

I know a guy that thought that he could fly a 40 size nitro helicopter

his 700 square foot basement!  Smoke was the least of his worries!!
