 I had the same problem when you try to open the attachment.   Try saving to "my documents or desktop"and the file will open.

    Getting ready to string some cables.

     

    How tight do the cables need to be? Too loose causes flutter I think and to tight start folding the fuse in half.

     

    I have never had to do this before..
