OK, we now have 25 tickets sold online.

Thanks again to one and all!

One of the first users in the system reported that
his PayPal CONFIRMATION number didn't work in the
NSRCA confirmation screen.

That's because PayPal doesn't give us that number.
That number is just for the PayPal system.

What we get is a TRANSACTION number.

I have been assuming (yes, I know what it means,
all of you engineering types) that PayPal tells
you the TRANSACTION number as well as sending
you the confirmation number.

I may be wrong. I've been wrong before. I know
what it feels like. I'll live through it, I guess.
I'm not all out of stupid yet.

Here's how an e-mail sent from PayPal looks on my
system:

Dear Martin Moleski,

This email confirms that you have paid Passmark Software Pty. Ltd.
(help at passmark.com) $24.00 USD using PayPal.

Payment Details
Transaction ID: 3VM76253TJ461394Y
Item Price: $24.00 USD
Total: $24.00 USD
Order Description: Software and/or hardware products ordered from PASSMARK.COM
Item/Product Number: WP2BIN0338
Buyer: Martin Moleski

...

Why not use a name or e-mail address? Because then other
people could find out how many tickets you bought.

Not that that's a Big F[rustrating] Deal. But still ...

Thanks to the 10 new customers.

				Marty
