[NSRCA-discussion] Pull - Pull cable

I've been using the vinyl coated Kevlar from ACP (Kev-Cord) for many years
and never had a problem.

On foamies, the foam itself shrinks/expands quite a bit with temperature,
and causes problems when using Kevlar on pull pull. Best thing I've found
on the foamies is monofilament Spyder fishing line.

Regards,

Dave

I'm with Scott on this one Anthony. The kevlar stuff says it wont stretch,
but the stuff I've used on my foamy
planes seems to periodically need tightening.

It's frustrating enough that I just used a pull-pull sullivan steel install
on a newly completed foamy.
