<P>I had the same problem, I just let it come out with the bearing (after heating the crankcase in the oven), then gently tapped it out of the bearing by placing the bearing face against the jaws of a slightly opened vise. The jaws of the vice were opened enough to let the cut-out portion of the crank web pass but hit the inner race of the bearing. Use a soft-faced hammer or something to protect the crank threads. Once it is off, clean it with steel wool or similar and the new bearing will slip in place.
