Manual". The manual would contain everything that a new pattern or seasoned
pattern flyer needs to know about NSRCA/AMA pattern. The current rule book
(appropriate sections) could be included. It could be updated annually
and provided to members and prospective members at contests, by mail, on-line,
etc. Some thinking would have to be done to insure that all members have
access to the information...especially those not connected to the
