Question<BR><BR></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=797455316-02102002><FONT face=Arial size=2>Has anybody
figured out a way to get a TT 3" FAI spinner to mount on an OS 1.60 FX?
Problem is that the adapter nut is so long that the spinner won't seat on the
backplate (by at least 1/4"). I've talked to Tru-Turn, and options
are:</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=797455316-02102002><FONT face=Arial
size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=797455316-02102002><FONT face=Arial size=2>1. Change to std
spinner (which may put me out of the 2m box)</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=797455316-02102002><FONT face=Arial size=2>2. Modify the
adapter nut in lathe to cut it down. But if I modify it, the nut may
bottom on the crank, which means that I'd have to cut the crank down (and I'm
not planning on doing that).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
