FAMILY="SANSSERIF">I recently joined the online 21st century by subscribing to
broadband internet service. In looking for ways to test / enjoy the download
speeds I decided to download the November K-Factor. Being analytical in
nature, I though I'd time the download. Hmmm, Adobe Acrobat is loading, OK
that's finished, now for the K-Factor file, oops, it's finished! Way less than
a minute!

The K-Factor is great in color! And I can adjust the text
size (zoom) for comfortable reading. Now I can save it without
dedicating a shelf for the paper. Not very portable, but so what, I got used
to push button phones and 10 digit dialing. This alone makes the broadband a
good value!

Regards,
Earl Haury
