<br>Great outline for a story. I'd suggest a full-length article
for the K-Factor; it would outline, I am sure, some of the mechanics needed
to achieve the milestone that your people have accomplished. Just
an idea. I'll bet that someone out there, (maybe more than just one)
could find it useful. It's an ongoing struggle for many clubs that
lose faith, and/or just don't know how to go about it.
<br>I know of one club in our area that just "got tired" of the good fight.

of negotiation before we even had permission to start work. We needed permission

Anyone have background Info. that they may want to share?Our local club
field is located on a closed garbage dump and we have a lease from the
City which in the past has been a two year lease. We are currently trying
to have the City extend the lease to ten or more years but have not been
successful in the past in getting this done. This landfill has been closed
for ten or more years and is monitored by the government and cannot be
used by the city to build on for forty years. We are looking for information
and possabilities from others who may have been successful in obtaining
long term leases on such sites and may be willing to share information
how they did it or information that we can furnish to the City of how this
was accomplished in other areas. Any help will be appreciatedBuddy Brammer
