another take. The AMA is pursuing the market of the "small-lightweight"
flyer, because they offer greater numbers for membership, at a fraction of the
"risk". Small 1/2 lb plane you can fly in the street, or a 12 lb
arf? Which is the greatest legal risk? Which can kill someone?
The member offers the same $$$ to join, but much less risk to
