I wouldn't say that. I am not a US citizen, yet I voted in the presidential and state elections. Have been doing so for years. I am a big time tax payer though, so that makes us even<BR>

I know what the law is but I couldn't convince the local clerk at the Licensing Bureau not to send me the voting card. Go figure.<BR>
