I have been working out of town a lot lately, but I have a question regarding

powers to be with the NSRCA can change rules without the approval and out of
sequence with the AMA? In other words, if for say, the NSRCA wanted to have a
different set of sequences every year they could do that? Is there anything else
the annex is going to do?</FONT></DIV>
