It cut the wind and you can't feel the gloves when flying. When it is colder than that, I should stay home building or flying the simulator. If it is really windy, I also use ski goggles, preferably the yellow ones to increase the contrast. The gloves could come in box of 100 or pack of 12 and could be use when working with fiberglass resin.
