problem since she said she'll be spending her own $$$, not her <BR>
parents $$$. She said that she budgeted around $400.<BR>

It's hard to beat the old, tried and true Sig Kadet. Ten weeks is plenty of time I would think, to build it and fly it. If she has any hand-eye coordination, she could probably solo the thing in a weekend<BR>

Motors: there are plenty of them that are reliable and will work well. I like MDS<BR>
