I install a lite ply plate on the inside of the pant. When using the klett axle, I cut a hex hole through the pant and ply doubler so that the pant is flush to the strut. Then, with the pant and axle in place and aligned, I drill through the strut into the pant/doubler. Use a t-nut on the back side of the plate. The 4-40 screw is located directly above the axle (about 3/8" center-of-axle to center- of-screw). Of course, you need to be sure the 4-40 screw doesn't protrude too far into the pant so as to grab the wheel.</FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" SIZE=3 FAMILY="SCRIPT" FACE="Comic Sans MS" LANG="0"><BR>
