<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Do what Lance said...Back off the pump pressure. Both Lance and I flew the Webra/Bully for years and every single one of them required a lower pump pressure than how it was set from the factory. You will know that you have too low of a pressure when you can open the needle valve all the way and there is no change. Get there and then increase it a bit. Once you get that set you will find that you can adjust the low end needle to do what it was supposed to do...adjust the idle not the mid range. The engine does not require alot of pressure to operate.....just enough to get it to the carb.<br>
