have a slightly larger stab and taller/wider fin/rudder than the original
Focus. These enhance tracking and stability and we found we could do it
without degrading snap and spin characteristics. I flew a modified version
of the original Focus that had some of these changes towards the end of last
season.</FONT></DIV>

as-is. They fly great and the new mods are only incremental

size=2>I've also seen several folks that have added fin / rudder
area. And if you're running a DZ, you might want to shift the
engine box back a bit to get the CG closer (mine has an OS 160 @32 oz,
and I moved it back about 1/2 inch for very good balance). It also made
for easier cowl fitting, as it now slips over and mounts through the
fuse sides rather than flush on the front with the blocks and
