want to make life a little easier, so I'll use the cabosil there. However
for the finished item (moulding) I also want to make life easier than before, so
it looks like I'll go and buy a bag of micro-balloons for that. Previously, I
never used any fillers, but I must admit it is difficult ( not impossible
though) to do all those sharp corners without them.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

probably cabosil fumed silica. This material makes epoxy thixotropic when used
in smaller quantities. I don't like it as filler because it is very tough to
sand. But as an additive to epoxy for mold making, it's great stuff, since it
produces a pretty hard surface, and very smooth finish.<BR><BR>Matt
