You could. However, anyone who "dialed down" his engine <BR>for a noise
check would probably "dial up" the engine in flight. We <BR>caught a
cheater doing that a few years back. He limited his throttle
<BR>movement by using a switch. When the gear switch was down, the
throttle <BR>movement was restricted. Throttle movement was unrestricted
