NSRCA told the group that "if you make a rule for pilots to fly by CLASS instead
of by FREQUENCY, my local contest will be no more! We'll we had been doing
that for 10 years by that time, with no problems. Now, if anyone tried to
fly by frequecy INSTEAD of class, there would be riots! </FONT></DIV>

big picture is that you must never lose sight of the pilot "experience" at a
contest. If you make this a bad one they go away. If you lose pilots, the

interfering with the pilot caller relationship. Just swaying "it works down
here" is not asking the pilot group if they like it. As pilots you are put in
a situation where you object at your peril. Implied or real it's the same

do it because of the scribe's that we use aren't that familiar with what we're
doing and the caller is, as I remember right last year Kirk Gray had a real
bad problem with a scribe, I'm not judging the person involved, it would be
really bad for a pilot to get penalized for the action of a scribe that's not
on top of things, especially, at the NAT'S.<BR><BR></FONT><FONT lang=0
