performance cost by not using the bar...only a cost when you do use one, about
200-300 rpm. That bar was there in the old days to keep the element from
getting splashed with fuel by the crappy no mid range engines/carbs of yester
year. Things in this here world done changed...Fox has not. Wayne is just
being "low cost".....break in plugs get trashed anyway, why not use a cheapo.
Only an idiot would go to a contest with the "break in" plugs still in his

bars, but way back when<BR>we abandoned using them because of the possibility
that if one of them came<BR>off the glow plug it would do damage to the
engine. I've seen what has<BR>happened to an engine when some bearing
balls got loose inside during a run.<BR><BR>I could be wrong, but it sounds
like cheap insurance to avoid them, even if<BR>there is a cost in
