What engine is it a YS 140-L ? That
was my question on engine ....... I am trying to find out what the max
weight a YS 140-L will pull with a 16OZ tank Full of fuel vertical and for
how long with authority. Reason being I think my next plane will be close
to 11lbs dry and not sure if I will need to step up to a YS 140 DZ..........

I have an a YS 1.40L in an 11 lb Advantage with a 16 oz tank. Using Cool
Power 25% Pro Pattern fuel and an APC 15.75x11.5 or 16x10, it will climb
vertically with authority.
