The size and noise and weight of IMAC competition planes just never made that a reality. I personally think we (SPA and NSRCA) are more related and have much closer genetics. It is quiet enough. We just had the Hotlanta SPA contest last weekend and there probably was 2-3, 2 stroke engines with regular mufflers.
