Actually, what is needed is to get some NSRCA district members to nominate
people for the position. Because you are the current VP, you should have
an idea of who might be a good replacement for you. Hopefully, that person
will be nominated, but if not, I would suggest that you nominate them
so that they will be on the ballot.</font></div>

have forgotten (or didn't read in the first place) what the revised By-Laws
said about VP elections. I don't want to end up with half of the districts
