I don't understand the response. If someone is interested in getting information
about NSRCA, we can send them to the NSRCA web site. If someone is interested
in getting a copy of the ByLaws, we can send them to the NSRCA web site.
The NSRCA Discussion List is not involved in any way. If the NSRCA was
to mail ByLaws to members or prospective members,, we would all incur an
unnecessary expense and it would be a waste of a resource which is in place
now.<br>

Actually, what is needed is to get some NSRCA district members to
nominate people for the position. Because you are the current VP,
you should have an idea of who might be a good replacement for you.
Hopefully, that person will be nominated, but if not, I would suggest
that you nominate them so that they will be on the ballot.</font></div>

members have forgotten (or didn't read in the first place) what the
revised By-Laws said about VP elections. I don't want to end up with
