Steve. I have dealt with them for about the last 2 1/2 years, and in fairness to Lee and Steve, I have not had the products destroyed because
of poor shipping or poor handling. <BR>

And when other issues have arisen, they were prompt with a response and corrective action.<BR>

I hope the vendor was not Dixie Competition Products.<BR>
I have search the old records and do not find your name listed. There were a few Hydeouts produced before the Guerin refinements and I am aware of several "leaks" in the production agreement.<BR>

I seldom used any transportation other than UPS and the few claims I had were handled between UPS and Dixie. I quit shipping before I received the returns after one customer refused to return the damaged product after receiving the replacement. When quality issues arose, I always included a check for the return shipping as well. <BR>
