size=2>Instant gratification is nice, helps the hobby, promotes exposure.
The kids are good on the computer and typically most that I have experienced do
well on the sticks and progress quickly with whatever trainer we are
flying (Alpha, Kadet, etc) . Its a different
world....airplanes, models and flying have always been an addiction to me....I
wouldn't give up my 30 second successes at age 12 with my scratch built
Javalaero (Ted Strader), Cox .020, Ace pulse commander (rudder only)
experience. Not to mention the tens of hundreds of Sleek Streaks, Comet
kits, and control line before the R/C stuff....</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

video-joy-stick-literate. They do, however, need pretty instant gratification.
I have experience with half a dozen Hanger-9 Alpha trainers that come just
about ready to go. They work well and you can get the parts that will be
needed. The engine needle is goof-proof and is ready to

their name put into a hat and of all the people to win a FOCUS-2,

was the delivery today of a Desert Aircraft DA50 for my Double Vision ARF.
I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship. I was surprised
to feel how light a 50cc motor was in my hands. It has a rear
carb and in this case a nice big Slimline smoke muffler.
