We're all in agreeement on this, I would guess. Had the same
experience. After flying the airplane for some time, I sealed the
aileron hinges, and immediately had to decrease throws by about 50%.
It really works.<br>

one.....One of the reasons we seal is because we can't get the</font></div>

two elevator halves identical enough....I believe loop </font></div>

predictable in roll without seals.</font></div>

on low and high rates....then sealed and flew again. Sealed,</font></div>

the previous, unsealed high rates...can't remember the </font></div>

with four ailerons about 1/8" less travel was needed....This </font></div>

a longer horn can be used.</font></div>

working the same....Elevators and Ailerons its critical....all trimming
is null and void if they are not sealed before you start.</font></div>
