<P>Warm the housing in the bearing area with a torch. Most of the time the oil has congealed around the ball bearings and locks up the bearings.Turn the engine as it starts to loosen up. Then the soaking takes a lot less time.</P>
<P>I have a OS 300 twin that did this and I freed it up without dis-assembly by heating the bearings.Didn't have to soak it.</P>
