<DIV> Lately I've discovered something cool. Monocote is very easy to use over Ultacote. I apply it without using any heat but by applying a homemade concoction to the glue side of the monocote. I then apply it to the base surface and squeegy out the liquid. Allow it to dry overnight and seal the edges the next day with strips of ultracote with low heat. I have final sanded the wing with 1200, Timber is shinny. </SPAN></FONT></P>

I then used a tack cloth to remove final traces of dust and finally I wiped the wing down with a paper towel with a small amount of acetone to clean the timber prior to covering.</SPAN></FONT></P>
