<br>I think you have acquired a bad roll of film! As far as I'm concerned,
you are doing everything correctly.
<br>As to the smoothness question, I know a guy in my district that sands
to 1200 grit paper and covers with white film(MK) and gets a beautiful
smooth finish that doesn't sag on the hottest summer days in bright sun!
<br>Try a different roll and see if it's something about the adhesive on
the particular roll of white that you are having problems with.

I have had this problem with monocote also. I have found the perfect solution
and it's just 1 word. Ultracote!!!!</font></font></span></div>

Seriously I find it so much easier to work with. Also it's slightly heavier

Lately I've discovered something cool. Monocote is very easy to use over
Ultacote. I apply it without using any heat but by applying a homemade
concoction to the glue side of the monocote. I then apply it to the base
surface and squeegy out the liquid. Allow it to dry overnight and seal
the edges the next day with strips of ultracote with low heat. This only
works on fairly flat surfaces. No bubbles. Mike</font></font></div>

am currently having some big issues using Monokote primarily white.
Question is can this material go off. I cannot seem to get it to stick
properly. If I try to use more heat it will start to bubble. Less heat

preparation (regarded by my flying buddies is excellent) the wing is one
piece and was wiped down with mentholated spirits to get any loose grain
to lift. I have final sanded the wing with 1200, Timber is shinny. </font></font></span>

air compressor with water reservoir was used to blow clean the wing. I
then vacuumed the wing. I then used a tack cloth to remove final traces
