<DIV>The full proposal as given to the officers is really a carbon copy of what we have seen in the past nats. It deals with judge certifacation, aircraft specs, etc. etc. The only real changes are in banquet and awards presentation times to work around the team selection issues. The only other major change is that there will be no practice at the AMA site on Sunday due to IMAC having their finals. Work is in progress to secure practice fields, but they won't be known until you arrive in Muncie.</DIV>
