runners) and most times the organizers hire a scorekeeper to do the timing.
This usually costs about $500.00 for the day.....fancy equipment and all. What's
wrong with a stop watch? I don't need to know my time to 1/100 of a second

require a scribe. If a judge can blindly write on a note pad he can blindly
push a button. The info could be stored without need for wireless
