<DIV><BR></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Yep. Sharpen the end of a wing
tube.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Actually, it's a little more involved than that, but the
basic</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>idea is to use a wing tube to cut the hole for
a wing tube.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>You will need a flat surface with some way to hold the
cores down,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>and in position. The cores are in the shucks, and
were cut out of</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>the shucks with the required dihedral in the
cores.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Make a jig that will keep the tube parallel to the flat
surface, and</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>and fasten the jig to the flat surface, with the tube
lined up with</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>where you want it in the core.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Sharpen the end of the wing tube. Run it thru the
jig and into the</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>core. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Patience and ingenuity is required here.
Otherwise, come up</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>with a store bought core with the hole already
cut.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Hope this helps.</FONT></DIV>
