<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Postal carriers are allowed to
deliver bulk mail at their discretion so I am told. Many postal carriers will
back up the bulk mail and leave it for their substitutes if they have a
vacation coming up soon. Some just back it up and deliver en mass at their
discretion. I have also heard that sometimes bulk mail gets backed up in hubs
when a hub falls behind in processing. I will talk to the post office about
this, yet I am sure that not much could be done by doing so. The April issue
seems to have the worst delivery record yet, let’s hope it is not going to be
an ongoing process.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">The tardiness of my delivery to
the post office is a multi faceted problem that is being worked on with
limited success so far. At current we are nearly 30 days behind schedule with
the K Factor. <SPAN class=GramE>Even</SPAN> with a successful push forward we
cannot push the issue ahead more than a week at any given month. This is due
to advertisers <SPAN class=GramE>complain</SPAN> if two issues come out too
close together. The past two months I have tried to push this week ahead and
had something come up interrupting this process. It will be worked on again
this month.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

people to have their articles and materials in by the 15th of the

something is late it pushes the whole process one day later. Start working
July articles now and get them off to Derek so he can facilitate a quick
turnaround to me. If his process can get a week ahead it will help my process.
Don’t get me wrong <SPAN class=GramE>here,</SPAN> Derek is doing a great job.
I have even contemplated moving the date of the 15th ahead a week

unbelievable amounts of spam my business is receiving. Unfortunately my
