discussed this was the bottom line as I recall it. Advertisers and quite a few

Seems that some people think that the production of
the K-Factor is as quick and easy as your local church newsletter… hmmm… I
think not. Before anyone attempts to equate the K-Factor with any
newsletter, whether it be a R/C club, church, boy scouts, etc. one should be
involved in the layout, editing, printing, and mailing of the K-Factor.
I promise you that it isn't as easy as 1….2…3…. Snap your fingers, wiggle your
nose, type of thing. The K-Factor is OUR flagship product - it does the
bulk of our new member attraction. It's where they get their information
from - the advertisers and merchandise support our sport/hobby.

A lot of people want their K-Factor as a hard copy
mailed to them each and every month… not mailing 100 copies every month is not
going to save us any money. Our printing costs are based on the number
of copies/pages we print… the fewer pages/copies - the higher the cost.
Bulk mailing also works this way - the more copies you mail the cheaper the
rate… the fewer - the more expensive postage becomes.

Keep the ideas coming… but don't think for one
minute that it an easy fix.
