<DIV>Perhaps an interesting item for those of you contemplating electric
pattern......according to Wolfgang Matt's website (<A
href="http://www.matt-rc.li/englisch/index.htm">http://www.matt-rc.li/englisch/index.htm</A>),
he is the first pilot to win an international FAI F3A contest with electric
power. In fact, I believe the first five places used electric. What
was different in this case, was the motor -- a Hacker C50 13XL instead of the
C50 14XL which up until this point, has been the "standard" for
powering 2 meter pattern designs.</DIV></FONT></BODY></HTML>
