limited dimensions, with or without a propulsion device, not able

<P>I learned last year at the AMA museum that officially a model airplane
has to be below 5 kilos or 11 lb. I noticed that all records using
model airplanes requires that the model be below 11 lbs.
Therefore, I think is going to be difficult to to increase the 11 lb
limit. </P>
