size=2>Currently there is no clear rule on the weight issue. One can use the
argument that an IC-powered F3A model aircraft is processed and weighed dry, the
fuel being the energy source. By the same token, an electric-powered model
aircraft should be weighed dry, i.e. without its energy source (battery pack).
Both may end up weighing more in ready-to-fly state.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
