<p><span class="Normal">IMAC Board of Directors announces the creation
of a new process for direct member input into the management of the
organization.&nbsp; </span><span class="Normal">The process is called: </span><span
 class="Normalbold">REQUEST FOR ACTION</span> </p>
<p><span class="Normal">The IMAC Board recognizes that the foundation
of any successful organization is effective two-way communication
between leadership and the general membership. Recognizing this, the
IMAC Board of Directors has been working on a more formalized process
to obtain input from the membership as a whole.</span></p>
<p><span class="Normal">Transitioning IMAC this year to a&nbsp;web-based
organization has given IMAC a structure that enables the membership
direct input into the affairs and future decisions, which affect all
involved in Scale Aerobatics.</span></p>
<p><span class="Normal">Requests for Action (RFA) are designed
specifically to allow all members in good </span><span class="Normal">standing
to directly address the entire board of directors about any issue and </span><span
 class="Normal">receive a formal response from the board in a timely
manner. As there are a wide range of issues that can be addressed
through the RFAS process, there are many possible outcomes of an RFA.
