Lakin, to take the issue of rules intent regarding distance out, as applied to
the rolling circle, to the subcommittee for a clear definition before the '05
WC. It's obvious that reasonable people interpret the current wording of the
rules differently. It seems that it is the obligation of the subcommittee to
clarify their intent. I'll pass along any feedback.</FONT></DIV>
