wasn't "zeroed" mechanically (hard to tell because of the magnifying lens/small
scale markings, etc.) that would read positive on ONE side, and negative on the
other....when I installed it the same way on each stab or wing panel, it read
the same...meaning that if I had the meter facing the outside tip of
the wing on the Left panel, when I moved to the RIght panel, the meter faced the
fuselage.</FONT></DIV>

there is no way you can live with the stab halves not aligned with each other.

degrees, then both stabs will have to be removed and remounted at zero

The wing is not mounted but will not be adjustable. The plans say the the wing
should be at positive 2 degrees to whatever the stabs are (preferably 0). If
the left stab is at -1 degree and the right is at + 1 degree, what incidence
should the wings be mounted at to minimize trim and flight
problems?<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P></DIV>
