<DIV>Your meter is reading correct and there is NO misalignment between the stab
halfs! If you take your meter and have it facing out (the pointer) when its
mounted on the stab then one side will read postive and one side will read
negitive. As long as the NUMBERS match then the stab is alignment. What you need
to check is the level built into the meter. Postive would have the
bubble towards the front of the plane and negitve towards the rear of the
plane. Most likely your datum line is off (center line through the fuse) I would
mount the meter on the stab and level the fuse so the stab reads zero. Then
verify that the fuse is level. By the way it helps to have two guages. One on
the stab and one on the wing. </DIV>
