remember if it illegalizes controlled engine RPM, or airplane speed? Like I
said, I'll go re-read that part of the rule book, but I suspect that it
was closed-loop control of the airplane that was made illegal. I happen to
agree with that intent, but who knows how the language actually came out! I
don't think that FAI prohibit helicopter rotor RPM governors
